A Little Bit of Everything...

Happy Monday... to those who love Monday mornings. Unfortunately I'm not one of those few!

This post is just about a little bit of everything that's been going on in my life the past few weeks I just never got around to blogging about it, and my iphone is filled with lots of exciting pictures.

Over the weekend the Huns and I spent the day with his family and his little cousin's at the park.
They had a petting zoo and pony rides. The kids loved it, the animals, I'm sure not so much.

I love bunnies!

Have I told you how addicted I've become to gel polish? So much so that I'm considering on owning my very own LED lamp and a stash of gel polish.  I'm wearing a black matte polish on the nail bed and black gel polish on the tip.

My friends planned a girl's night for my friend Amey who is getting married next week.
We rented a room at the Hard Rock, went out for dinner, had some drinks, a little dancing, and an extra large pizza to end to the night.

We've The Huns finally gotten around to organizing and cleaning out our storage.
The Huns has done an amazing job! He's even built me a closet :)
I have the Bestest Honey in the World. Thank you Babes.

This weekend we went to visit My Mom and my 2 little princesses.
I've missed them sooo much.

They had just gotten back from the Fair with their Dad and were showing off the stuffed bears they won and the Balloon Pop Race.

The next morning I walked in to check on them and found Lydia sleeping under her art desk to avoid the sunlight from hitting her face. Kids are so creative!

I'm totally loving all the spring colors!
Here's 2 that are on my shopping list!

Any Army Wives Fans out there? The first episode to Season 7 had me in tears from beginning to end. And last week's Goodbye episode must've been one of the hardest ever.
Who's excited for the new cast on Army Wives?!

So there you have it...my little bit of everything!

The Bachelor Finale

Who's been religiously every Monday watching The Bachelor for the last 12 weeks?
I sure have... I've even recruited a new fan who can't wait for next season. ;)

I've been a bachelor/bachelorette fan since way back when Trista was the Bachelorette, I think that was the first or second season if I'm not mistaken.
From that season on I have yet to miss an episode...thanks to my Huns faithful DVR and ABC online.

Last night's finale was truly emotional. I was really rooting for Lindsey. I totally loved her for Sean. Everytime they were together I saw sparkles in their eyes and loved how goofy they were together. Catherine just didn't convince me, after the hometown dates I felt as she wasn't ready for a commitment. I never saw any chemistry or sparks between them. Even after the last date, when he walked away it just wasn't there. I was really shocked and heartbroken when he picked Catherine over Lindsey, but as my new recruit says, it's Sean who has to chose at the end of it all.

How about that proposal?
One of the sweetest proposal's I've ever seen.
I loved how nervous she was and how she asked him if he was really hers. During the "After the Final Rose", Sean and Catherine mentioned that since their journey to their happily ever after began on TV that they'd like to share their wedding day with America. I'm excited for that.

After the Final Rose, Chris Harrison announced the next Bachelorette...It will be Desiree Hartsock. We all fell in love with her and her bubbly personality this season and many viewers were sad when Sean sent her home.
All you Bachelor/Bachelorette Fans out there are you READY for next season?!

--------------------
P.S.

For those Sean Lowe fans...don't be sad to see him go. Sean couldn't stay away from ABC for too long...You'll get to drool over him for another 19-20 weeks as they just announced that he will be a contestant on this season's Dancing with the Stars.
Dancing with the Stars returns Monday March 18th on ABC.
Don't miss it!

DOWNTOWN HOLLYWOOD- FOOD TRUCKS

I've been a resident of Hollywood for over 30 days now, and I must say although I miss my hometown and the family, I've finally fallen in love with this place. Yes I'm 50 miles away from the family, but it's one of the prettiest, uncongested, centrally located to everything I like, love and need. The beaches are beautiful and the water is so clear, everyone is friendly, it's way more affordable than Miami, and the traffic is alot less hectic than down south.

When I met the Huns he gave me a mini tour of the area, and I have always wanted to explore it a bit more. Whenever I'd come visit him, I'd always see different activities happening at Young's Circle, Downtown Hollywood and have always begged the Babes to take me. Well now that I live here, and am at walking distance to all the pretty lights and happenings, he really doesn't have a choice.
::evil grin::.

I have always wanted to go to a Food Truck, we just never got around to it. When we were in New York in December, I made him buy me cupcakes from a food truck just so I could say I had tried it once.

Every Monday night at 7pm, a line of Food Trucks line up at around Young's Circle and I finally got to go! We walked from the house to Downtown, first we walked around to see the different kinds of food there was, and was surprised to see that there was a variety for everyone's tastebuds. Hotdogs,  BBQ, Asian, Chinese, Vegan, Italian, Desserts, Icecream, even Smoothies, they had it all. People brought their children, dogs, even beach chairs and sat around the park to enjoy the yummy food.

We finally decided on Daddy's Grill, from all the other trucks this one was packed and smelled delicious! I had a Big Daddy's Cheeseburger, and the Huns had a Churrasco Combo Special, we also had a churrasco shish kabob, Yum!
How would I rate it? I'd give it 3 stars.

Churrasco meat was cooked really good, it was soft, but was tasteless. The Huns says his sandwich was okay, but didn't love it. I thought my Cheeseburger was DELICIOUS!  We later shared a dulce de leche filled Churro for dessert.

Monday's dinner was quick and affordale...and best of all it was less than $26 with dessert for the both of us.

I can't wait till the next time we go.

A Day Out with Thomas the Train

Last weekend the Huns and I took the girls to the Gold Coast Railroad Museum where we had once visited before and Groupon had a special so we took advantage of the promotion and enjoyed the beautiful weather out. When we arrived not only did we learn that every first Saturday of the Month there's FREE Admission to the museum but Thomas the Train was in town, you could only imagine how excited the girls were. Since the Thomas the Train event was going on, we were not able to use our Groupon, so admission for the 4 of us was $18 a head. Waaaahhhh

Here are a few pictures of our Day Out with Thomas the Train.

Thomas is Here!!!!

The girls were so excited... They had trivia questions during the train ride and they gave out certificates to the kids for their visit.

They also had a map where the kids stopped at 4 stations and they got a stamp at the end of visit, if they collected their 4 stamps they received a prize.

Now the little train ride...
